B2C Inside Sales Team (Consumer Sales Representative)

Remote/Hybrid (Toronto showroom will open in 2024)

In anticipation of the opening of the first Canadian and Toronto based showroom for our client, Technogym, we are searching for an experienced B2C sales representative within the luxury goods market. 

 Duties and Responsibilities

– Direct selling to the home/consumer market via phone/email (inbound/outbound)

– Follow call/email scripts catered to luxury market.

– Generate new leads and referrals on ongoing basis. 

– Establish partnerships in the high-end luxury segment.

– Daily KPI including 35 contacts minimum/handling inbound leads/managing forecast

– Support outside team.

– Self-starter and energetic, while managing the outbound plan provided.

Qualifications

  • Proven 2 years of luxury sales experience, meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Must be bilingual both English and French, written and oral.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work remotely until showroom opens (approx. 12 mos)
  • Someone who rises to challenges and ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Fitness experience is an asset.
