Job Description: Regional Director – Studio Operations

The Regional Director is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all studio locations within a designated region. This leader will provide strategic direction and daily support to sales and fitness teams, driving performance in corporate and franchise studios. The Regional Director will oversee studio operations, reinforce brand consistency, and ensure franchise compliance through audits, new studio launches, and continuous operational support.

The Regional Director will lead sales initiatives, collaborating with Studio Managers to execute lead generation and marketing strategies that boost revenue and promote member retention. This role requires a dynamic and high-energy leader, capable of fostering a culture of coaching, staff development, and operational accountability.

In addition, the Regional Director will oversee all operations for the 4 corporate studio locations. This includes managing the Dallas TX studio remotely, with some expected travel to Dallas studio,  managing the hiring, training, and development of studio staff, including Studio Managers (SMs), client service , and Fitness Teams. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Regional Director, Corporate Studios

  • Manage, monitor, coach, and evaluate the performance of Studio Managers and staff.
  • Collaborate with Studio Managers to achieve and exceed studio sales goals.
  • Oversee sales processes and systems; lead sales drivers such as studio events and outreach.
  • Manage recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling of studio staff in assigned locations.
  • Optimize class sizes and studio scheduling to maximize revenue and member experience.
  • Create a high-energy studio culture through effective leadership and process management.
  • Develop contests and incentive programs to drive motivation and engagement.
  • Mentor and develop studio leaders for sustained success and future growth.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with companies values and standards.
  • Manage disciplinary actions for studio employees as necessary.
  • Ensure that performance metrics (KPIs), revenue targets, inventory, payroll, and facilities maintenance are met.
  • Direct outreach efforts to drive sales and member engagement through company-mandated programs.
  • Conduct regular 30-60-90 and annual performance reviews for studio staff.
  • Plan and promote special events monthly, ensuring active community involvement.
  • Maintain studio facilities to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and operationally sound.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Regional Director, Franchise Studio Support

  • Perform audits of franchise studio operations to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Enforce corporate policies, systems, and processes at franchise locations.
  • Identify training needs, advise on corrective actions, and implement solutions for operational improvements.
  • Monitor franchise studio performance proactively to drive continuous improvement.
  • Submit accurate field visit reports promptly, following corporate guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between corporate and franchisees, resolving operational and sales-related issues.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops at regional studios, as required by corporate.
  • Participate in special projects, such as new studio launches and corporate initiatives.
  • Manage ongoing training workshops, registrations, and logistics for franchisees.
  • Accountable for franchise studio launches, retail operations, and corporate partnerships.
