About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and driven full-time freelance Registered Massage Therapist who is passionate about all things health and wellness and is looking to grow their career. As a practitioner on the Tonic Spa team, you will work consistent shifts and will ensure excellence in service delivery leading to high-levels of guest retention. You will recommend treatment plans for each guest based on their desired outcome. We offer a synergistic approach to the care of our guests, working as a team to collaborate and cross-refer various wellness offerings and the use of state-of-the-art biohacking technologies such as red light therapy, cryotherapy, IV therapy and compression therapy.
We’re seeking full-time therapists who can dedicate up to 30 hours a week of schedule availability. Saturday is a must, Sunday is preferred.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all treatment offerings are executed at the highest quality level that aligns with premium brand standards
- Provide assessments and treatments according to the CMTO standards
- Encourage each client to re-book their next appointment according to their treatment plan
- Complete SOAP entries for each guest post treatment
- Ensure the treatment rooms are properly sanitized after each guest
- Ensure that all treatment rooms are set up for the next practitioner and are left in best conditions
- Motivate, inspire and build relationships with team members to foster a culture that collaborates, elevates, and belongs
- Collaborate with other practitioners to create treatment plans for our clients
- Delivers exceptional customer service, both in and out of treatment
- Participating in promotional events, photo & video shoots, and campaigns
- Respond to email communication in a timely manner
- Meet with management on a quarterly basis to review a marketing plan
- Notify management when supplies are diminishing, equipment needs maintenance or is broken
About You:
- Minimum 2 years of experience treating within a reputable spa or wellness clinic
- Experience in building and retaining clientele
- Registered with CMTO and in good standing
- Valid liability insurance/ malpractice insurance
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Self-motivated to build up your business
- Must be passionate about fitness and health
- Existing clientelle is an asset
