Job Description

Our client is a boutique wellness company focused on the adoption of deliberate exposure to heat and cold through premium infrared sauna and cold plunge premium experiences. They are determined to capture the global category leader position, and is on the hunt for the best talent to achieve its vision. 

The corporate studio team’s mission is to match and exceed the performance of franchise locations and develop core markets globally. This newly redesigned team is responsible for achieving record setting AUV, profitability, NPS, and implementing all innovation from the growth and product team. 

This team will have very aggressive growth targets in both new openings, and revenue targets. 

Duties:

  • Contribute to all stages of the development process of corporate studios including but not limited to site selection, construction, new store opening, open studio performance (note: 100% accountability for NSO onwards).
  • Oversee all studio managers as of day 1, build the management & support team
  • 100% accountability for corporate studio P&L and ensure sales targets are surpassed by analyzing critical KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute new omni-channel customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage and forecast revenue, expenses and profitability.
  • Recruit, train and mentor a team of operators and support staff to operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, which may including supporting franchisees.
  • Join the operational advisory board & participate in quarterly board meetings.

Qualifications

We require someone with a track record of succeeding in hyper growth environments, specifically retail wellness brands built on recurring revenue. You enjoy hardcore work environments, where putting the company’s success above any single employee’s is rewarded. 

READ CAREFULLY: You are a player/coach with a leadership skill that leans heavily towards high urgency, growth, and extreme ownership. You have experience scaling smaller teams <$10M in revenue to north of $50M ($100M is a plus). You are a proven executive that is excited to get deep into the trenches and prepare the corporate studios for its significant development schedule. 

  • 10+ years of experience in DTC multi-unit sales, ops & senior leadership roles where you were responsible for revenue + P&L.
  • Experience scaling revenues to $50M+ in the wellness industry, with oversight on profit & loss.
  • Deep experience (top 1%) and track record in sales training specific to recurring revenue/DTC sales
  • Unmatched analytical skills relative to growth KPIs (strong in excel, and technology).
  • Experience with reporting to C-Suite.
