Who Are We Looking For?

We’re searching for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager who can build and optimize the sales enablement strategy, lead training initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales enablement leadership role within the SaaS industry and is highly skilled in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach.

How will you shape the Sales Enablement Strategy?

You will develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive sales enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and leveraging AI and other modern tools.

What kind of training programs will you create?

You will design and execute world-class onboarding and sales training programs with measurable outcomes, incorporating a structured certification and recognition program.

How will you support the sales team?

You will facilitate ongoing training, including role-playing exercises, classroom sessions, and virtual coaching, while optimizing sales scripts and cadences.

What role will you play in content management?

You will create and maintain a centralized sales enablement content hub, ensuring sales materials are up-to-date, easily accessible, and effective.

How will you contribute to continuous improvement?

By deploying surveys and feedback loops, you will assess training effectiveness, track sales performance, and refine enablement programs accordingly.

Will you have leadership responsibilities?

Yes, you will lead and mentor the sales enablement team, and sales managers fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.

What Experience and Skills Should You Have?

Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales enablement leadership role (maximum 5 years).
  • Strong background in SaaS sales enablement.
  • Experience managing and training Business Development/Sales Development Representatives in a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Ideally experience with a subscription based product focused on Health & Wellness industry.

Sales Training & Enablement Skills:

  • Proven ability to develop and deliver sales training programs with measurable impact.
  • Hands-on experience in coaching, mentoring, and role-playing exercises.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and negotiations (certification is a plus).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach).
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for sales enablement.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).

Soft Skills:

  • Confidence in presenting to adult learners in both in-person and virtual settings.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong ability to adapt, think creatively, and optimize processes.
