Our client is a leading luxury boutique fitness business on the west side of Los Angeles, operating five locations with a sixth set to open in early fall. They offer Lagree Fitness classes throughout the day, seven days a week, in a vibrant, high-energy environment. As a leader in Lagree fitness, they prioritize expert instruction, exceptional client experience, and foster a supportive community.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an Area Manager to oversee three of our locations. This multi-unit management role requires a high-energy, organized, and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Area Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and leading a team of about 20 front desk staff members across the three studios.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as General Manager for three locations.
- Oversee front desk operations, client services, food, beverage, and retail processes.
- Manage daily client sales and revenue-generating activities.
- Recruit, train, and manage front desk associates.
- Schedule and staff front desk coverage across three studios.
- Ensure consistent execution of processes and procedures for both employee and client interactions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and upkeep for studios, equipment, and overall presentation.
- Foster and support community.
- Deliver exceptional client service across three studios.
- Act as the primary problem solver for operational challenges across personnel, clients, and facilities.
- Organize and manage in-studio marketing events.
- Provide leadership through a can-do attitude, sound judgment, and independent decision-making.
- Serve as the main point of contact for front desk associates, working four weekdays and one weekend day.
- In-studio role, with a focus on promoting business success and aligning with management to advance company interests.
Candidate Requirements:
- Multi-unit retail, service, or fitness operational and management experience.
- High-energy, positive problem solver.

- Service-oriented mindset, capable of exceeding expectations for a high-touch clientele.
