Inside Sales – Online Client Advisor

On behalf of your client, we are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Online Client Advisor, who will play a key role in increasing profitability and sales revenue by delivering a luxury sales experience managing the interactions via phone, chat, email and through all the new remote devices.
The Online Client Advisor serves as the first point of contact for clients seeking guidance on products and services. This role requires a blend of wellness knowledge and customer caring skills. The advisor is responsible for understanding the client’s wellness goals, recommending suitable products or services, addressing concerns, and ensuring a personalized, supportive remote shopping experience. They track client progress, provide motivational support, and adjust recommendations based on feedback. Additionally, they are adept at using digital communication tools and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in fitness and wellness. Their goal is to foster a positive, longterm relationship with the client, contributing to their health journey and the brand’s success.
In this role, Online Client Advisor plays a crucial part in selling Technogym products and services, providing a premium customer experience, understanding the customer’s needs, and offering the best solution for their desires. You will handle all requests from new and/or existing customers and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns by creating a strong relationship (via call/email/ chat).
Your Impact
• Guarantee the achievement of quarterly targets
• Fulfill lead generation activity aimed at increasing the customer base
• Manage inbound interactions (for both B2B and B2C customers), delivering a unique selling experience while understanding customers’ needs and offering the right solution to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage outbound interactions to build a long term relationship and generate new business opportunities
• Support our Omni-channel strategy by creating business opportunities and scheduling visits in our physical locations and for Field Sales Team
• Manage and nurture the CRM Database to ensure the information is accurate and up-to-date
• Collect and share adequate market feedback with the relevant departments
• Oversee the process from order to delivery and installation, checking customer satisfaction and upselling additional products or services where applicable
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are a driven and consultative salesperson with excellent communication skills, caring approach and strong teamwork. You are cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
What you should bring:
• Preferred professional experience in providing a high-quality service focused on Client expectations and sales
• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally with business development experience and / or physical education study
• Excellent (phone) sales techniques and communication, interpersonal skills
• Excellent written, oral & listening skills
• Experience in working in a team in sales and caring – oriented environments
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints and doubts
• Long term customer relationship approach
• Proactive, enthusiastic, & with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to identify process improvements
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of CRM management
• Interest in and passion for technological evolution and innovation
• Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
