We are currently recruiting for premier boutique Lagree fitness studio located in one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Dallas, across from Southern Methodist University. Recognized as the #1 pilates studio in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, our client offers a more personalized fitness experience with their 10 reformers in a 2,000 sq. ft. space. They host 80 classes per week with a team of 23 instructors. Their clientele are discerning, and the studio prides itself on delivering exceptional service and results.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Studio Manager to join their team. The Studio Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, staff management, and client experience, ensuring that the studio runs smoothly and continues to deliver exceptional service.
Position Overview:
The Studio Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the studio’s operations, including staff recruitment and management, assisting with sales, marketing, customer service, and facility upkeep. This role is critical to the success of the studio, and we are looking for someone who can step in with humility and take ownership of the studio while respecting its unique culture and clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, onboard, and train new instructors and front desk staff.
- Manage staff scheduling, sub requests, and performance management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Lead community outreach, event coordination, and referral programs.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure client retention and membership growth.
- Build relationships with guests and prospects, assisting with sales when necessary.
- Operations:
- Ensure studio cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and supply management.
- Manage studio software and technology, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Handle front desk duties as needed, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Customer Service:
- Greet clients, check them in, assist with rebooking, and gather feedback.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
- Be available to resolve client issues with professionalism and care.
Qualifications:
- Passion for fitness, especially Lagree or pilates, is a plus.
- Previous experience in a boutique fitness studio or related field, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle an affluent and discerning clientele.
- Experience in operations, sales, and marketing within a fitness or wellness environment.
- A no-ego, solutions-oriented attitude with the ability to jump in and make improvements.
- Experience with studio management software and general tech-savviness.
