Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and secure enterprise customers through consultative selling to meet quotas and exceed sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations showcasing solutions tailored to customer pain points and goals
- Build strong, long-term relationships to drive customer retention and expansion
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding business needs and driving value in every interaction with prospects and customers
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline in Salesforce and ensure customer data is accurate and up to date
- Maintain knowledge of company products and solutions, as well as competitor offerings
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred
- 5+ years proven experience in enterprise sales in the B2B SaaS space
- Excellent verbal and written communicator with strong presentation skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and targets in a high-growth environment
- Have an established network of multi-location and franchise businesses in the Health & Wellness industry, allowing you to hit the ground running
- Ability to network and develop meaningful relationships with VP and C-Level contacts in external organizations
- Experience using consultative and solution-based selling methodologies
- Exceptional prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of SaaS pricing models, contracts and procurement processes
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment, collaborating with internal departments to close deals
- Experience selling total solutions and value to customers in the Fitness & Wellness industry
