About the Role:
We are seeking a Registered Physiotherapist to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver expert physiotherapy treatments in a luxury wellness environment, catering to a clientele that values both evidence-based rehabilitation and holistic recovery approaches.
As a Physiotherapist, you will provide personalized care, working collaboratively with our massage therapists, chiropractors, and wellness practitioners to create integrated treatment plans that support optimal recovery, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver hands-on therapy, manual techniques, movement-based rehabilitation, and corrective exercises.
- Utilize evidence-based treatment methods, including therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation and soft tissue techniques.
- Educate clients on injury prevention, mobility optimization, and wellness strategies.
- Work in collaboration with massage therapists, chiropractors, and wellness practitioners to provide a multidisciplinary approach to care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) regulations.
- Provide a high-touch, client-focused service that aligns with the company’s luxury wellness experience.
About You:
- You are a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
- You have experience in manual therapy, sports rehab, movement therapy, or recovery-based physiotherapy.
- You are passionate about holistic wellness, performance, and longevity-focused care.
- You possess strong communication skills and can build long-term client relationships.
- You thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment, collaborating with massage therapists, chiropractors, and medical professionals.
