Our client operates a boutique fitness studio in Forest Hill, Toronto, designed specifically for individuals in the second half of their lives. Their mission is to help members build and maintain the physical capacity required to remain active and injury-free for life.
Their proprietary Super 6 Circuit combines the world’s most advanced strength and mobility training equipment with a personalized, semi-private training approach. This allows us to deliver safe, effective, and tailored fitness programs unlike anything else in the market.
Due to the tremendous success of their flagship location, they are now expanding to a second location and looking for a key team member to help drive this next chapter of growth.
Position: Director of Sales + Client Experience
We are looking for a high-performing, relationship-driven Director of Sales + Client Experience to lead new client acquisition. You will be responsible for managing and executing our proven sales strategy — qualifying inbound leads, booking and conducting free trial sessions, and converting high-quality prospects into long-term members.
This is a part-time role (25-30 hours/week), with approximately 10-12 hours/week onsite at our Forest Hill location for conducting 6–8 in-person trials, and the remainder of your time focused on virtual follow-up, CRM updates, and lead nurturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and manage leads entering the sales funnel from various marketing sources
- Schedule and conduct 6–8 in-gym trial sessions per week with high-quality prospects
- Present FPR’s unique training model and communicate the value proposition effectively
- Close new membership sales (goal: 20+ per month)
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide weekly reporting on sales KPIs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion
- Provide feedback to operations for continuous improvement of the onboarding experience
- Represent the FPR brand with professionalism, warmth, and subject-matter credibility
- Continuously build relationships within the local community and high-net-worth circles
Qualifications
- Proven track record in direct sales, ideally within the fitness or wellness industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in working with an affluent clientele (Forest Hill demographic)
- Understanding of human physiology; fitness certifications are an asset but not required
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to fluid scheduling needs
- Passionate about health, fitness, and longevity
