Description:
As a Website Services Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and overseeing all customer websites. You will manage a dedicated team focused on delivering quality websites that align with our customers’ brand strategy and vision. Responsibilities:
• Lead and align multiple specialized teams (Customer Service, SEO, Design, Website Development, and Copywriting) to deliver premium professional website services that outperform mass-market alternatives
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for each functional area while ensuring cross- functional synergy and operational efficiency
• Drive competitive differentiation through premium service offerings, ensuring our website solutions justify higher price positioning compared to self-service platforms
• Establish and maintain service delivery standards across all functional teams that reflect our premium market positioning
• Create and optimize workflows between teams to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project delivery
• Develop and track KPIs for each functional area, including customer satisfaction, SEO performance, design quality, development efficiency, and content effectiveness
• Lead resource planning and allocation across teams to optimize delivery capacity and maintain service quality
• Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as the escalation point for complex, multi-functional issues
• Guide functional team leaders in developing their teams’ capabilities and maintaining industry-leading expertise in their respective areas
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to evolve our Elementor-based website creation platform and supporting tools
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop and refine service offerings that maximize market opportunity and revenue potential
• Establish and maintain quality assurance processes across all functional areas to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables
• Drive innovation in service delivery methods and team structures to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications & Skills:
• 7+ years of experience in professional website services or digital agency environment, with at least 3 years in a multi-functional leadership role
• Proven track record of leading and growing multiple specialized teams in a website services context
• Strong understanding of website development principles, SEO best practices, UX/UI design, and content strategy
• Experience with WordPress and Elementor required; working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred
• Demonstrated success in premium service positioning and delivery in a competitive market
• Experience setting and achieving KPIs across multiple functional areas
• Strong background in project management and resource allocation across multiple teams
• Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
• Experience with enterprise client relationship management
• Background in scaling operations while maintaining quality standards
• Familiarity with Jira and Salesforce preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field; equivalent experience considered
